How It Works

Voice capture

The process starts when a person speaks into a microphone, capturing the audio for amplification and transmission. The microphone is designed to capture the voice clearly, converting it into an electrical signal. This initial step is crucial for ensuring that the spoken words are accurately picked up, preserving the quality and nuances of the voice. Proper microphone placement and quality are essential to avoid any loss of sound, providing a clear foundation for the subsequent amplification and transmission processes.

Signal Amplification

Once the audio is captured, the electrical signal is sent to an amplifier. This device boosts the signal to the necessary strength for effective transmission. The amplified signal is then directed through a magnetic cable loop, which surrounds the designated listening area. This loop creates a magnetic field, establishing a listening zone where the signal is strong and clear. Amplification ensures the audio maintains high quality and clarity, making it powerful enough to be effectively transmitted to the listeners.

Magnetic Transmission

In the final step, the magnetic field created by the loop cable transmits the amplified signal directly to listeners’ hearing aids. Hearing aids equipped with telecoils (T-coils) can pick up this magnetic signal. The T-coil converts the magnetic signal back into sound, which is then heard clearly by the listener. This method eliminates background noise, ensuring that the received audio is of high quality. Magnetic transmission is a key feature, providing a direct and clear sound delivery to hearing aid users, enhancing their auditory experience.
